Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He informed us of details that other bidding-companies had not, which helped us significantly in our solar-screen choice. Brandon came the same day and measured for our order. He also recommended a window-washing service that contacted us right away and they are reasonably priced too. It would appear that the turnaround time for installation will be 7 to 10 days, which is less than several other places. I will add more to this review once the installation is complete - I am confident that I will be adding good things!
UPDATE: The installation was smooth and very neatly done! The screens did indeed cut down on heat in our home : ) Then, a few months later, when there were high winds, we thought there was a loose screen perhaps, as we heard some rattling. They were diligent about coming out right away and checking every screen to make sure all was well, and added a few extra fasteners just to shore things up - fortunately, just before the REALLY windy week last week!!! Excellent company.
