FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our cleaning services consist of track and screen cleaning. For residential cleaning we charge $4 per window pane for the outside, and $3 a pane for the inside. This is the standard rate and it does not change. To help you understand this better, a window which opens is considered two panes, so a window with two panes will cost $14. For any work that requires a ladder, the price goes up to $6 for the side I need to get on the ladder for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I visit the home and give them a quote or we base it off of the square footage. I do not charge the clients more for the initial cleaning, but I still ensure that the customer gets a great first time job. Once we've finished the job, we try and get you situated with a plan that will be best for your current situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my training from a premier window cleaning company in Las Vegas. At this company I learned how to get water spots off of windows. When and how to use Water-Fed Poles, which can be the cleanest way to clean windows. Proper usage of ladders. And how to get screens looking better than the competition.
