- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is upfront. Pricing will be given prior to work starting. No surprises, No bait and switch. Always honest and fair pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We pride ourselves on giving an upfront price so you know exactly how much the job will cost from beginning to end, so there are no surprise costs. We also can check warranty status of a water heater or other product and make all the necessary phone calls and emails for you to save you time and money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from the National Institute of Technology in 2001 (Long Beach Ca) with honors diploma.
