I would have gave a -5 stars if I could have. First of all he quoted me a $39 fee to fix my printer after I gave him all the information on my printer and what it was doing wrong. So I rushed over there 25 miles from my home and then he said it would be $75-$100 just for the repair diagnosis or repair plus any parts. Didn’t I give him the right model number, of course I did down to the last digit. Then he called me up a couple hours later only to say it could be this or that and so far that would be at least $450-$500 but we really don’t know the exact problem. I came back to the office and asked him to give me a breakdown of the diagnosis and how much and he wrote something on a paper that was vague with no prices, I asked why not put the prices he said I gave you a receipt already for the repair when you dropped it off. I would advise find a different place to do business with, I felt uncomfortable from the time I stepped into his store.
