It’s when you have a pool related emergency like I did and need AAA-type service that is:
-Affordable
-Accountable
-As soon as possible
And that’s the kind of service you get from Martin.
You see one of the plastic pool nuts that connect to my pump cracked wide open going into the weekend causing a major water leak.
So I needed this fixed ASAP!
Why? Because with this record heat algae can spread like a wildfire.
But it happened on a weekend so most of the pros I reached out to were unavailable, and the ones who were available didn’t fit my budget.
So when Martin responded saying he can come on Monday or Tuesday, I told him that I couldn’t wait that long because of my algae concerns.
And just when I thought I’d need to keep searching for someone else, he replied back saying he can come the next day, which was a Sunday.
Martin was accountable by showing up as planned, his price remained affordable because he didn’t change his original quote like most do, and above all I needed my problem fixed ASAP which he delivered.
And of course I’m extremely satisfied with his work because there’s no leaks whatsoever, and I have peace of mind because he told me to let him know if I see any issues.
As a result, I plan on hiring Martin again in the future because of his excellent service and work.
