- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each pool has a different need. This is the reason we give free in person quotes so we can discuss what the pool needs and what needs to be done to make our customer happy. We explain the process of our weekly visit and what is expected of us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take the time and address their concerns. Explain to them the experience when hiring us, what is expected from us and how we’re going to deliver the best experience possible for our customer. We want them to be happy with us and comfortable enough to ask questions about their pool and pool equipment!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Dad showed me the ropes and kind of just fell into the business! Ended up loving it and haven’t stoped loving it since!
