He was able to diagnose the issue with my mother’s garbage disposal and willing did the work to purchase an updated version of the garbage disposal tank for me (he would be reimbursed). Nevertheless, we discussed the issue again and I decided that I would keep the old one because the kitchen was going to be redone.
After he worked on the garbage disposal he left….then I realized I had 2 other projects he could help me with. I called him and he was very accommodating and turned back around to help me. He was able to successfully diagnose the whole issue of what was going on with my mother’s shower and the light above the shower.
After diagnosing the issue with the shower…we realized I did not have the right plunger to unstop it and he went above and beyond and left to go get his plunger that worked great. After that he realized the shower drained needed to snaked out a little…that final touch got the shower working like it’s supposed to. Not to mention he was able to change the switch for the light as well as putting a new light. I thank him for going above and beyond. I will definitely use him again and I recommend that you do l, too! His prices are also reasonable."See more
