I have had a terrible experience with Servable Legal Support Co. as a process server. Their communication is completely lacking. I reached out multiple times via phone and email, stressing the urgency of serving my divorce documents. If the documents couldn’t be served, they simply needed to inform me—but they refused to communicate, even via email.
When I called for an update, I was told to wait another week, something they could have easily responded to in an email. I followed up again after that week, only to be met with silence. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. I am now requesting a full refund. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
