My experience using Thumbtack since purchasing my house in 2019 has been excellent. Again last week, they did not disappoint. I posted a project to replace my second floor bathroom's toilet before my mom came to visit. I was pleased when Pepaj Llc proactively messaged me, offering to assist, even though I sent the job to only one pro who didn't respond until many hours later. The next day, they were available to come out! Communication was excellent from the first message to the end of the project. They gave me a heads up when they were 5 minutes out, arriving exactly when they said they’d be here. They went above and beyond, offering to run out to Home Depot to get supplies I didn’t have. Their quality of work was very high, often calling me in to see if their progress was to my liking. If you need help with any type of home repair project, make sure to contact Pepaj Llc first.

Phenomenal work! Had so much repairs that needed to be done in the house, and they just did it all in a timely manner with great quality. Being not so handy myself, it’s good to know I can call them whenever I need anything done. Mick especially was great, taught me a few things to avoid certain issues as well.

He told me he will reached out to fix the paint in the kitchen that he messed up but stopped picking up the calls once money is transferred. I would not hire him again. He lost my trust.

he hired me and we agree for 300$ and after i started to work he told me that he will pay me only 250$ . Second was that we agree that i will provide paint for him but he changed his mind saying he will get the paint from the managment of his building . i do my job perfect in living room , bedroom and bathroom and i can provide photos as well but managment provided wrong paint for his kitchen . Third i had to wait him every day i worked to his apartment 30 min to come . and now he want to complain about a very little thing was paint by mistake from his fault of not be aware of the paint he is giving to me . Customer like him please avoid in max they will play with your time and your patient they will not pay and dont even think for tip .
