Communication and arrangement to set up the installation work was simple and easy. Mr. Berry communicate and response very quickly to questions and arrangements to help us pick up items from big box store was a great help. Mr. Berry and his assistant John arrived on time and on schedule. Very careful in moving the purchased items up to our 2nd floor and 3rd floor for installation. Super super job….nice and clean all around. Price for service is very reasonable, even accept online or electronic payment. Overall, very very pleasant experience in dealing with true professionals. Would recommend Mr. Berry’s professional plumbing service most highly to all! Will certainly use the service for future jobs around the house.
