However, each window opening required some adjustment due to the windows not being custom-made to the house's specifications, but rather specially ordered in the closest common size.These windows were new construction, as there wasn't much of the original sills left. This led to a significant amount of trim work, which resulted in a cost increase beyond the initial quote. Nevertheless, I agreed to this, as the original quote did not take into account the time required for completion. to outline my expectations in detail at the beginning of the project.Junior's demeanor was calm and composed, which facilitated clear communication and addressed any questions or challenges in a timely manner. E&J was generally prompt in his arrivals, and if there were any changes, he promptly informed me via text or phone.Junior worked diligently throughout the day, taking frequent breaks and ensuring the work area was clean and free of any construction debris by the end of the day.It was a pleasure working with him, as he exhibited a high level of respect for my property. E&J's work on the windows and trim of my 110-year-old colonial is exemplary. They replaced all 12 windows and matched the existing trim, including the drip cap molding and plank style trim. They used Veranda PVC for the trim, which is a durable material that will not require repainting. The work was completed within a week, as promised. During the final inspection, it was noted that one window was slightly misaligned, and the issue was addressed immediately.This level of responsiveness and commitment to quality is commendable. Jenn Call says, "Wow! Nick is an old fashioned New England geter done kind of guy! His craftsmanship is top notch! He comes when he says, and has great communication on any issues, increased costs, timing of projects etc. he was happy to give options to save money without compromising quality! We have used him 2 times in the last 6 months for a list of various projects from replacing wood siding, fixing windows, changing out appliances, replacing a whole wall due to dry rot in our 120 year old house. He was able to coordinate electrical and plumbing for the appliances. We couldnt be more pleased!! Thank you Nick for a job well done! We look forward to more projects in the future!"See more

Unexperienced, damaged our door after promising to refinish it, then never followed up with us to make it right after multiple outreach attempts. I am appalled at the service and now need to get a whole new door instead of being able to refurbish a beautiful old door. Would not trust this company.

Bob did a great job installing a door for me. The door did not fit properly despite being custom made, and he was able to shave it down and fit it perfectly. He even was able to reuse our old hinges. I will definitely use him again!
