- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to understand the scope of the project and the end vision the homeowner is looking for and the budget the homeowner is looking to set. This allows us to make recommendations based on the design and the cost. We tend to like to meet with the customer in person to discuss the entire project and then provide them with a line by line estimate for a full breakdown of their project. If the homeowner wants to move forward with us we then begin the planning phase of the project!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are always looking for seminars and courses to take to help grow and fine tune our skills. Some of the current courses we have taken recently were MA CSL 8 week PreTest Course. RIBA Kitchen Design and Installation, RIBA 5 Hour Registration Course, RIBA Deck Footings and Ledgers.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
We believe a few things homeowners should think about and understand before getting involved in a home renovation would be. The time it’s going to take, especially if the homeowner is going to be living in a construction project for a period of time. Understanding the natural stresses that are involved in a large home renovation project. We are here to help homeowners navigate through all of this and more! We will be by your side from start to finish
