- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with all insurance providers and offer discounts if your issue isn’t covered and ends up out of pocket.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will come out to your home free of charge and assess the damage. Next, we will draw up an estimate and walk you through everything that needs to be done to remove water damage and restore your home to its prior condition. Finally, we are typically able to begin work right away, as soon as you’re ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff hold all appropriate certifications in water mitigation from the IICRC
