- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’ll usually run about average on pricing. There are some projects that may require the purchases of additional equipment or rentals that will add to the total costs (included in free estimate) that a new business owner like my self may need to account for. I do offer discounts of course for first responders, military, seniors, or multiple services coordinated into a lump sum project. Discounts ranging from 5%-25% off cost & labor combined.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk over the phone first as an initial establishment of trust. More importantly, visit the property with client and walk through the needs in person, considering related impacts/benefits of the intended projects before. Determine/Empower a homeowner to do any work they may be capable of performing on their own unless time/skills/abilities are a limiting factor. Then dedicate specific time to perform work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Finance/HR, ~ 1 decade in pest control, years of client service & hospitality. Local church dedication
