- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate is $80/hour, plus parts. We do not bill a trip charge locally and there's nothing extra for nights or weekends. We accept payment by check or electronically by Zelle Venmo or CashApp (no credit cards).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is our priority! Consistent updates and explanations of the process. Site survey is included at no charge to provide customized quoting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Frequently we can provide support over the phone that may prevent a billable service call.
