RWHG came out the same day I contacted them, gave me a thorough estimate with multiple options. Very reasonable costs! Was able to get all the parts needed for the job quickly and had my heater replaced 3 days later. Highly recommend!

I recently had my water heater replaced and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to the team of professionals who handled the installation. From the moment I contacted Michael at Raleigh Water Heater Guys, I was impressed by their customer service. Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. He was able to schedule the installation quickly and at a time that was convenient for me. On the day of the installation, Michael arrived on time and was courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. He took great care to protect my home and belongings and worked efficiently to get the job done quickly. The new water heater is fantastic! It heats the water much more quickly and efficiently than my old one did. Plus, it's much quieter than my old water heater, which is a huge plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for anyone in need of a water heater replacement. The entire experience was top-notch, and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Five stars!
