John was great!! Excellent with response time, quote and schedule to come out less than 24 hours. Pictures I provided help with determining the issue and so No hidden cost. Did alittle extra by trimming down the pipe that was to long from the builder contractor.. I will be using John for any future repairs!! Amazing from start to finish!!!
