- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer up front pricing. We will give different options for you to pick what works best for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule an appointment, or come out the same day for an emergency, call you when we are on the way, throughly evaluate your plumbing concerns, give you options to pick from, and complete the job that you picked. We will cover all work surfaces to protect your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years of plumbing experience, licensed in NC for plumbing, certified in well repairs and water filtration. We are also certified for testing backflows.
