First off I want to say that these guys are very nice. I lost patience with them after over $3000. Unfortunately, when doing popcorn removal their ability to cut lines between the ceiling and the wall is unacceptable. The ceilings look fine as does the paint job on the walls but where they meet is very jagged which speaks to their skill level. My mistake was letting them continue to work at my house rather than to see how well they could correct these areas first. Also unfortunately, I was charged for the additional work before I had a chance to walk through. That’s because they marked the job as complete in jobber knowing I had not done a walk through. My advice is to look at the details. A large view of a painters work only gives a broad view which always looks good. These pictures I have are the details. I have to live with this or pay another painter to redo all of it. I can’t do that so I have to tolerate this until I am ready to paint again in a few years. Just look at the details. It’s been over a month and I am still noticing flaws. I know with the way popcorn ceilings are, it won’t be perfect. I wasn’t expecting perfect. But this………. The last photo is a broad view which is deceiving. Look for details in the painters work specifically the edges/corners/ceiling wall meetup. That’s what I missed when choosing a painter and I regret it. Expensive lesson. The ceilings look pretty good. The walls look good. But where they meet does not. They also damaged my bathtub which had been resurfaced. They offered to fix it which I appreciated but declined. Very nice young men and it is hard to write this review because they are nice and some of there work was good. I just cannot recommend them for popcorn removal.
