I had cabinets and butcherblock countertops installed in my kitchen. The carpenters assigned to my project did an excellent job. Due to an issue with the supplier, my backsplashes did not come in and the carpenters had to rip down backsplashes from a countertop that I purchased. The craftsmanship on the countertops and backsplashes is amazing and I am pleased with the overall look of the project. However, the business end of the project left a lot to be desired. I took off from work to have the project completed and the guys showed up on the first day as agreed, but did not return to finish the work. I had to take additional time off of work to get the project completed. At the end of the project, Sergio asked for additional money for supplies that were needed to complete the project and the additional work that went into having to rip down the backsplashes. I do not have a problem with additional charges, but they should be discussed and agreed upon as they come up and not at the end of the project. I had hoped that the experience with antonio remodeling would be a good one, as I have additional work that I would like to have done, but sadly I would not do business with them again.
**I updated this review because after I made my initial review of 3 stars, I received a text message from Sergio informing me that I was lucky to have had a service like them among other things. As noted in my initial review, the business end leaves a lot to be desired. There is a total lack of professionalism on Sergio's part. Sergio is extremely lucky that he has in his employ excellent craftsmen. In my opinion, that is this business' saving grace. **
