- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
OFFERING DISCOUNTS ON ALL PHOTOGRAPHY OF 30% as I build up my portfolio. All other pricing depends on the time and travel distance to the actual job. With wedding and event videos editing will be included and final pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Needs assessment: I engages in a conversation with the customer to understand their specific needs, requirements, and goals. With this information I can provide a suitable solution. Proposal and agreement: I prepare a proposal or quote outlining the recommended solution, including the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and any terms and conditions. The customer reviews and may negotiate the proposal until an agreement is reached. Onboarding: Once the customer accepts the proposal, the onboarding process begins. This may involve setting up accounts, collecting necessary information, and sharing relevant documentation. Project initiation: Establishing communication channels. Execution and delivery: delivering the service as per the agreed-upon timeline and contract. Regular updates and communication with the customer keep them informed about the progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from North Carolina Central University with a Music & Arts Degree. I regularly attend workshops as new technology updates and replaces the older versions.
