We hired them to simply replace the kitchen faucet with a new faucet. They sent Zack out. Zack not only left a 3 inch gouge in our new quartz countertop but did not install the new faucet correctly. It swings a full 360 around and leaked.
When Zack was leaving he , or so we thought, kindly offered to take the new faucet box with him to throw out. Thank goodness I insisted on keeping it. After he left we found several new parts in the box which he did not use for the new install!!! You read that right - He didn't use the parts needed and provided for a proper install. We had a plumber come out to properly install and he was absolutely shocked and questioned whether the guy was actually a plumber.
So for the first time ever ( EVER), we insisted on calling their insurance company, file a claim and forward photos, videos and estimates for repair. We took pictures with the plumber ( Zack still there). This is a SIMPLE task for which we decided to use a plumber and not a handyman.
After viewing the photos and video and repair quotes ( we selected the lowest so as to expedite the process) .Their insurance company sent us a check for more than 3k. TBH it's gonna cost more than that for the counters ( and the counter will never be put right exactly as it is stone. ....but we were just fed up taking time off to get the quotes and estimates from multiple service people. It's not just the money- it's the TIME. Waiting for estimates and then ultimately the time to fix it ALL.
Look I hate leaving a negative review but I just don't wish to see anyone suffer the damages that we did. I can't even imagine a more involved plumbing job by this plumber. If they send you a guy named Zack...Best of Luck
