Quick response. They cancelled on the morning of the appointment. A random technician reached out and did the job a couple hours later and the main office didn't know about it. They do not offer any digital payment methods which is extremely unsafe. I would not use them again until they offer online payments. Also, high fees IMO.

Hi Bihn, Yes, it's true our office staff and the technician did get our wires crossed that morning. I'm sorry that happened. We do offer online payment methods through the software system we use, which is actually very safe because it uses data encryption technology to protect your account information, which means no one else can access your credit card or bank information. If you are referring to payment methods such as Venmo, CashApp, or any of those types of payment methods - we don't and never will use those programs due to them having several security issues. As far as our fees, our software program generates all of our prices.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer onsite diagnostic with our technicians. There is a $79 diagnostic fee to have someone out. This is, however, not charged if we are hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NC Licensed P1 Plumber. This is for Commercial and Residential Plumbing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for a license number, make sure if they arrive to your home that the number they give you is on their vehicle. It's the law.
