Easy scheduling and timeliness were great. Got the job done. However, the service charge was much higher than market average in my opinion. Therefore, the value was not what I expected for a simple job.

Hi Sod, You are correct that it was a simple job, but it was only that because of our experience and training in the plumbing field. We unclogged a drain and flushed your tankless water heater. I'm sorry you felt that we were over priced, but remember we are licensed and insured plumbers. We are not handymen. We hold Rinnai Pro Certification as well as many other certificates of training. Over the past two years, I have sought a plumber who does high-quality work. I have already wasted (too much) money on two previous plumbers who did not do the job. Finally, I found PlumbServe, LLC! Their understanding of the job needed (including repairs from previous plumbers) was outstanding. As soon as we discussed the issues, I felt confident hiring them. The job was scheduled with no wait time, and the quality of work was outstanding. I had already wasted a lot of time and money, but finally, I got the quality of work expected. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer onsite diagnostic with our technicians. There is a $79 diagnostic fee to have someone out. This is, however, not charged if we are hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NC Licensed P1 Plumber. This is for Commercial and Residential Plumbing.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for a license number, make sure if they arrive to your home that the number they give you is on their vehicle. It's the law.
