Luke showed up promptly at 3:00. I am thrilled with his work and his fair pricing.
I was previously told by 2 different contractor/plumbers that they would have to breach the shower wall to make the repair and that it would cost close to $1000. All of that for a leaking faucet!! None of that was required and I was pleasantly surprised by Luke's price.
He went above and beyond. He will be the only one I call going forward. I give him 5 stars and recommend him without reservation.

On December 18th, 2023, I hired Donald Bicknell to repair 1 running toilet, 1 kitchen faucet leak, and to flush 1 hot water line in my master bathroom. Donald caused my my cold water shut-off valve to leak, in my kitchen, and in my master bathroom, that needed to be replaced. He also replaced my hot water valve in my master bathroom, even though it wasn't leaking. A 1 hour repair job turned into a 5 hour repair job. In the process of replacing my hot and cold water valves, he created a 4X12 in hole in the sheet rock, under the master bathroom sink, and ruined the back covering of my 3 year old sink. Donald was not apologetic about the damage and became aggressive towards me when I expressed my displeasure. The cost to repair the sheet rock is $400. When I informed him of the cost, he bought 2 cans of crack filler for me to use to repair a large hole. The replaced turn-off valves leaked for 2 days, requiring Donald to return to my home.
Please proceed with caution when hiring Donald. He doesn't like to be challenged. If you ask him questions about his work, he gets defensive. You've been warned.

Jessie is very knowledgeable about what he does. He worked very hard to repair my leaking bathtub faucets and rotten kitchen sink base. In fact, he went to the Home Depot the same day I called him to get the material I need to get the job done. He made sure to not leave any work debris, which i appreciate a lot. Also, he further gave me some great recommendations on other issues that I didn’t even hire him for. Definitely, a young man with great work ethics and professionalism.
