Jesse has been an absolute ROCK STAR when I've needed help!!!
His patience, while I've been amped up, concerned or just lost, has been top notch.
1st: I thought I was going to be flooded because of a leaky pipe. NOPE! Jesse diagnosed the situation and had the leak fixed in short order. I really appreciated his communication about what had failed and what he was going to do to fix it. (The follow up call 2 weeks later was nice, too)
2nd: It seemed like my kitchen was trying to launch to the moon when I ran the sink "disposal"! Evidently a barring had failed on that unit. Jesse asked to hear the sound in person and then immediately went to work. I appreciate how he checked the entire under-sink cabinet before an after to verify we would be good to go with our new unit.
3rd: I haven't had to call yet but Jesse will be my first.
Jesse is someone who is patient under pressure, communicates clearly, takes pride in his work and delivers! Five stars; all the way.
