I received a call today and was able to talk to one of the ladies there. As i was not sure what had happened, she apologized, we discussed it and I was very pleased. I'm not sure what happened but I know it takes character to call and resolve this issue. I will continue with 417 Pest Solutions for a long time I hope.

Excellent service by Logan, service tech. He is respectable and thorough. Anytime Ive mentioned a pest that has been seen he quickly goes to work resolving the issue. He informs me what is going to be done before beginning the procedure and when completed.
