Accommodating - scheduled right away. Noticed my air filter needed to be changed and brought it to my attention and even showed me how to change it! Will call again for regular spraying. Note: no credit cards.

Tim was very nice and responsive. Showed up an hour earlier than scheduled and gave us a very thorough lesson on our ant problem and let us know that our infestation was so bad it would take more than one treatment to eradicate the problem. He sprayed the baseboards throughout the house and around the house and set out bait. They keep coming out to get the Terro bait. The outside ants seems to have decreased, but the inside ants were still triving for a full week, especially the ones in the kitchen and bathroom. It's been two weeks now since the treatment and they seem to have finally decreased inside but we definitely still see ants scurrying about so not sure how long its supposed to take to kill off the colonies living in the walls.

We always provide free inspections. Based on the inspection, we provide a detailed treatment plan that includes pricing, as well as recommendations on preventative measures. We pride ourselves on transparency, meaning there are no hidden costs and you will know exactly what you are paying for. In addition, we offer very flexible and competitive pricing!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether you are an old or new client, our level of professionalism and our process remains the same. We value our clients and we work hard to ensure that all needs are met in a very efficient and detailed manner. Our pest control management includes a thorough inspection, explanation of the treatment plan, and then implementation of the treatment plan. If our clients are not satisfied, we do not hesitate to return to the site to make things right.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 30 years of pest management experience. We are licensed and trained in 7A General Structural Pest Control.
