Eric H. says, "Anton's came out on short notice and fixed a leaking bathtub faucet. They were very professional, organized and courteous and seem to be a well run organization. The plumber's work appears solid. My only major qualm is value. Anton's charged us $550 for a cartridge replacement in a Moen faucet. As a reference, the typical cost for such a repair is $100 to $350 at the high end. The time for this repair was under an hour. Regardless, the fault lies more in me here; the plumber did state the cost before performing the repair, and I could have at that point found a competing bid, or followed and YouTube video and replaced it myself. When I did complain afterwards that the repair cost seemed overpriced, to their benefit, a manager called me and offered a senior discount of 10% as the work was in my mother's home, and stated the work was guaranteed for a year."See more
