Jacob was far more affordable than big renovation companies and far, far more responsive and timely than other contractors I’d tried reaching out to. He was extremely communicative the whole process. Tearing down all my shower/wall tile, demolding my shower, adding shiplap and related trim, and adding LVP planks came to about 7K including supplies, such as shower surround purchase etc. Final photos are before I do painting touch ups. Also, as a 20something female who lives alone handling her first reno and bringing someone into her home, Jacob’s whole vibe made me feel safe and respected.
