Dale G. says, "I began taking Guitar lessons with Jeff Brent in April 2022. I am 76 and figured there was no way for me to learn the Guitar. Most of my experience was trying self taught. Didn't work, only picked up bad habits. Heard about Thumbtack, figured I would give it a shot. There were several instructors to choose from. I choose Jeff because of his introduction "Learn Music From a Pro". That he is "A Pro". Jeff makes lessons interesting and easy to follow. He is patient, always on time. There were several times I was unable to attend a session and he made sure I could make up my time. I found Jeff to be very patient, Professional with his student's. He has the knowledge, ability and desire to pass on to his students. I'm truly grate full I choose Jeff Brent. He, without a doubt is a "Pro" and enjoys what he does. If I were to choose a instructor again, I would certainly pick him. Thank you."See more

He is extremely knowledgeable, a very patient, positive, and encouraging teacher, and makes lessons/ homework so much fun that it makes you want to really put in the effort to keep leveling up. Sometimes learning the basics of anything can get a bit dull, but Walker makes sure that he is tailoring lessons to your musical tastes and aspirations. Ive come so far in just a year and change and have experienced so much enrichment in my life because of it! Before starting lessons with Peter I met with a couple other guitar teachers and gauged them against others I have known. I chose Peter because I found him to be everything I was looking for. Peter is smart. He is both a highly skilled player and a talented teacher. He is dedicated to teaching guitar vs teachers who don’t primarily play guitar or teachers who don’t have any training in guitar pedagogy.
