Highly recommended! We needed to move selected pieces to a storage unit. Greg and his team were ready at the requested time - arrived a little before to be sure - and worked quickly to get items downstairs so the dedicated elevator could be released for passengers. On arrival at the storage unit, the team placed items just as I had measured/planned to get everything into a tight space, even when it involved overhead lifting or crawling on the floor to scoot items closer together. Really appreciate the effort!
I was also impressed with Greg's professionalism. He responded quickly to my request and was (I suspect) the only vendor to read through my requirements before responding - he tailored his quote to my situation, rather than just asking me to call to discuss. He provided insurance information as requested by our building and stayed in touch before Move Day to make sure everything was still on track.
We had a small-world moment when we realized that Greg's company had been hired by a furniture vendor to do an installation for us a couple months ago. In that situation, they worked in an open office during the business day and did not disrupt our operations at all. We are a pretty laid-back place, but still - that is impressive. I was glad to know that the same team was managing today's move!
