It is hard to find a good reliable "OFFICE" moving company but look no further. Great Nation Movers, is extremely professional, organized and efficient. Their employees are well trained and they get the job done with a great attitude. The service is excellent, I'd hire them for your next move! Zero issues on a very large office move in downtown Washington, DC.

We hired Great Nation for an office move that included the complicating factors of a tiny loading dock, a busy city, junking half of the contents of our office and the need to store the other half of our belongings for a few weeks in-between moving out of our old office and in to our new office. I was dreading the move, but to be honest, it was the most seamless part of the relocation process. We received a very thorough estimate, the movers were always on time, they worked extremely hard and very quickly and everyone we interacted with at Great Nation could not have been nicer or more accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend hiring Great Nation for either an office or a personal relocation. Or storage! Or junk removal!

NK MOVERS & RENTALS
The preliminary set up with contract and time frame was good. They were great at correspondence.
However, the driver left his license at home and was not able to come up to our office suite on the fourth floor, to move the three office chairs we needed moved. I physically moved the chairs to the curb of the front of my building. We are located downtown Metro Center.
They charged me the full amount for the move.
The chairs were moved to their destination; it was just not such a smooth start.

We had a big, downtown office move for a staff of over 50. Rose was our point person and she was extremely thorough, responsive, courteous, and professional. Great Nation crew helped us pack up common areas - carefully and thoroughly - and moved everything from one Dupont Circle office building to another a few blocks away. On the night of our pack up and move, Willaim arrived on-site to monitor progress and drop off some more bins. He arrived on-site at the new office the following morning to ensure all was going smoothly. The crews we worked with (led Martel and Daniel) were very professional and thorough and courteous. They handled everything very professionally and carefully and the whole move went super smoothly for us. I'm grateful to their whole team for a superb job. I would happily recommend them without reservation. Great crews!

From the initial contact with Rose to the IN-OFFICE visit in DC, the moving day, and the delivery day was a very positive experience. We had 4 quotes and they were not the lowest bid, however, they finished early and that made up some of the difference. You truly get what you pay for with Great Nation they were professional, on time, ZERO ISSUES, NO HIDDEN FEES, QUALITY and I mean it! From the first site visit to working around problems leading up to the move, to dealing with people, and to mastering difficult situations (like blocked loading ramps) - Greg and his team provided stellar service!
Estimates were spot-on, planning and communications were superb, and the team's invaluable can-do attitude turned this move into a great experience (and who can say that about a move!?).
The moving crew was experienced, professional, courteous, careful, efficient, and FAST. Relocation Solutions left everybody impressed, including our landlord. Great Nation Moving
Better communication with their customers, making sure they have proper contact information, confirm dates and times, etc. I was never asked for any additional cell phone numbers. We established that moving time would begin at 5:00 p.m., and somehow they took it upon themselves to decide that moving time would begin somewhere around 7:30 or 8:00 p.m. The supposed driver also stated he tried to call our office multiple times throughout the afternoon on the day of the move, but we had not a single call from anyone connected to Great Nation Moving all day long. No clue how any of this made sense or was acceptable. Extremely disappointed.

I usually don't write reviews for moving companies because they are usually the same, unfriendly, unprofessional. I move every year and each time the move ends, we get charged some unknown charge. Great Nation is different. I am writing this review for the excellent teams of movers, my coordinator. Exemplary.
From the get-go, the coordinator called and followed up with me making sure I understood what to expect and working with me to ensure my moving experience was stress-free. She helped me make an informed decisions, meaning, I was given several options so I can decide what was best for me. She always called me back promptly whenever I needed to talk to her. She was exceptionally detailed and was HONEST. Great Nation WILL NOT MISLEAD YOU WITH ANY HIDDEN COSTS. And they tell you what you "may be' charged so you know what you are getting yourself into. Thanks for your honesty.
They were exceptionally polite and PROFESSIONAL. They called me before they arrived, walked through my order, helped me understand what to expect, then proceeded to wrap my paintings and lamps with such speed and care, it was fascinating to watch such skills. After the move was completed and we walked through the pick-up list, The foreman asked me if I needed anything else and walked through the paperwork. His office called me to double check on my experience with the team too! The team left my office clean, and with a handshake. Usually, I am picking up after the movers and running after them to tell them to be careful, but not this time. Thank you all for the advice and assistance in this really great experience. You and your team have reduced my stress in this move tremendously.
