- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to develop a treatment plan that meets your home’s unique needs, we begin by inspecting your home to identify the problems. Our thorough inspection identifies entry points, conducive conditions, moisture, harborage areas, cracks and crevices, and more. We’ll look for signs of pest activity, such as droppings, trails, and hot spots. Once our inspection is complete, we’ll design a treatment plan tailored to your home’s specific pest control problems. Our initial service includes interior and exterior treatments to eliminate active pests and prevent future pests. Although treatment methods and locations will vary based on your treatment plan, common treatments include interior sprays and baits, exterior crack, crevice, and perimeter treatments, and a knock-down of spider webs up to 18 feet high around the outside of your house. We recommend regular follow-up treatments in order to keep your house pest-free. Depending on your situation, we’ll recommend monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly services. These follow-up services are designed to maintain your home’s protection. If you should experience a pest problem in between scheduled services, we offer a free re-service guarantee. We also offer one time services if your pest problems allows.
