Talked to another person on Thumbtack who guessed it was the door problem. Josh came and used his high tech camera equipment and did the survey and used water hose and found the problem to be the gutter and he fixed it. No more water going into the house through the door. Some wanted us to replace the door. Others wanted us to replace the gutter system, so expensive. We appreciate Josh’s honesty and work quality. His price was within recommend price by all the apps, too. He texted and called right after I posted the job on here. He came early to assess the issue. We highly recommend him."See more

Rodger P. says, "I cannot say enough about Oscar and Carlos and the team. Absolutely amazing. Flores Painting was the 2nd 5 contractors I met with. During that 1st meeting. I had a good feeling about him and his integrity. At that meeting he gave me pointers on what to watch out for when dealing with contractors as far as price gauging. After our meeting, I met with several other companies who did exactly what Oscar warned me about. Naturally I chose Oscar. Oscar is ALWAYS available. He or Carlos were either on site or readily available every single time that we had a question. They had so many good men on site every day including Saturday and Sunday doing multiple jobs at one time. We had siding, a garage renovation, porch demolition, kitchen and a bathroom renovation and he had a group of guys for each project. He actually drove to to 3 hours to Lancaster PA to pick up siding instead of having it delivered and waiting without me knowing. He took the burden of dealing with materials, he actually welcomes ALL questions and material choices and if you change your mind he is happy to change. He is definitely A plus. I would not choose another team ever again."See more
