I am truly lucky to have found Paul. Prior to his instruction, I was kind of fumbling in my guitar practice and my passion was starting to wane. From the first (and extremely timely) interaction I had with Paul I knew he was the perfect teacher for me because I was already excited about guitar again. This has continued on through our classes together. I find myself picking up my guitar more often and for longer stretches of time because Paul truly has a gift for reading his students and figuring out what ignites their passion for learning. The pieces he’s suggested we try thus far have been absolutely wonderful, perfect for my style and skill level. Paul is patient, kind, informative, personable and definitely an extremely talented musician. I am a very anxious person and Paul has a way of making me feel instantly more comfortable. He talks to you like a human (which seems obvious but in my prior experience with guitar lessons, I haven’t found that to be a reality unfortunately).
I know that if I have any questions or reservations, I can tell Paul and he will be understanding, informative and accommodating. I 100% recommend Paul as a teacher for anyone looking to not only get somewhere in their guitar journey, but to do so in the most enjoyable, easy going way with someone who will truly listen to you and tailor lessons to your individual style and needs.
