Thorough professional and very timely. My hard drive had 300 GB of personal data. Petri drove to my home and picked up and hand delivered the drive back to me when recovery was completed on weekend. He has been in constant touch with me and kept updating me with the status of data recovery with snapshots and videos. Went extra mile to prove that he offers the best price in the market. He offered to extract the data and store it while I shop around for a better price.

I don't think a 5 star review really fully defines how helpful Sam was. My external hard drive, which contains all kinds of important documents and videos, screwed up at the worst possible time, and sent me into full panic mode. I reached out to Sam and not only did he talk me through the process of data recovery, he explained what was probably happening with the drive, and all the side effects that data recovery could have on the videos and photos. Though I did not end up going through with the full data recovery in the end due to how severe the damage was, Sam even went the extra mile to give me advice and recommendations as to other types of external drives I should try to potentially decrease the risk of this happening again. I would recommend anyone going through what I went through to go to Sam, and he will do everything possible to help.
