I have had services ranging from seasonal inspections, installing a heating and cooling system, to installing a heat pump, and many more services. ( all work done perfectly) I know many people might be sticker shocked by some of the estimates but in this day and age we pay for quality work, I trust Paul that the estimate is fair and comparable so I do not bother to second guess pricing as some people would. Paul stands behind his work and his team. I have met many of his team and they have all been professional and their quality of work is great. in the case of a problem all I do is call my friends at the office especially Amy, and they handle things for me. Always answer and answer all my questions. Building relationships with people who are there in a moment of panic, for example if you have a heating issue at 0 below temps, or your mothers heating system is broken, that is more important than trying to price shop for me. I know that I can rely on Paul and his team and will continue to do so in the future. Please do not pay attention to all the reviews referencing pricing, remember you get what you pay for and with A&L you get a caring team with A+ work, and if things go wrong,well then they are right there to fix it.
