You might notice that this company has 5 star reviews. Believe me when I tell you that this is not accurate.....this is 100 star or more company, no question! There is truly no praise high enough for the service you will receive if you hire this company!
I submitted a request for an hvac repair late Saturday night on May 10th of this year through Thumbtack. Even though it was a Sunday & Mother's Day, Mario messaged me the very next day. He even said he'd call me that night when i requested a call if it was OK. & HE DID JUST THAT!
He introduced himself, listened to me intently, addressed my every concern & promised to get back to me the following day once he located & priced my part with a quote. The very next day, I was texted my quote. No chasing, no teeth pulling....just straight, good business. The quote was more than reasonable. When I requested he forward it to me with his warranty info through thumbtack, he did so that very night!
I agreed happily & contracted him to do the job as soon as possible. He told me he could do it in one day that Thursday. Talk about quick service!
I have to state here that I had already talked to a couple of other so called 5 star or highly rated companies that never even had the courtesy to get back to me regardless of saying they would & were talking weeks out to schedule.
On Wednesday, Mario messaged me that the part required was out of production & his distributor could not get the part needed to him in time for our scheduled appointment but not to worry. We had set our appointment for noon Thursday. He asked if he could arrive @10am instead so he could pull my motor & take it to the local Lennox distributor to get the appropriate replacement part & still complete the job as promised that day. I agreed.
Thursday came & about 20 mins before our appointment, he messaged me with his eta. Mario arrived with a smile, immediately put booties on & went to work. He pulled the motor & filter & told me he hoped to be back within an hour or so.
A little after an hour had passed, I received a text with his eta for arriving back at my house. He arrived & took the time to sit with me & show me the new part compared to my old one just so I'd know what was going in my system. He assured me if he wasn't satisfied he wouldn't leave until we both were.
Back to work he went & in no time at all, my system was humming along beautifully. He left everything in perfect order .......you'd never even know he had been there except for my perfectly repaired system, running like a charm.
I paid him happily & he assured me that if i had any issues or further questions to not hesitate to call his cell directly. I immediately asked what other services his company performed, which seems to be anything anyone might need.
FINALLY! A businessman who truly lives the epitome of service! Timely contact, reasonable & fair quotes, exquisite communication through & through & one of the nicest, most knowledgeable & pleasant people i have ever been graced to meet!
So.....please forgive the length of the review but I needed to make sure EVERYONE knows without question that you will NEVER find a more responsive, knowledgeable & all around TRUE businessman in every sense of the word! If you need work, check with Mario......you will not be anything but blown away by this excellent, top of the line contractor, ready & able to serve whatever need may arise! I wish I could give him a billion stars & needless to say, will be talking to Mario for any work I need done in the future ........hands down.
