He made me aware of things I didn’t realize and even connected me with a company that can help me purchase what I would need to make it work. The same day I contacted Monty and Son’s about the vanity, the furnace in my house broke. Steve was so fast to respond and get me a quote. I called him late Thursday night and the furnace was replaced in Saturday morning! He also went to the house to shut off the water so our pipes did not freeze and removed the old unit. Super communicative with me the entire time. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I will be using Steve and Monty & Sons for all of my plumbing and heating needs moving forward."See more

James V. says, "Shane was exceptional! I contacted him for service on my reverse osmosis system which was flooding under my kitchen sink. To my pleasant surprise, he arrived the next morning. He was done in minutes, getting right to the source of the problem, and resolved it immediately. I had another plumbing issue with a sagging waste pipe, and he graciously addressed that as well. Again, in a matter of minutes. He did not charge extra for that, but I paid him another $50 for being so professional, and kind to go the extra mile. I now have a new contract that I treasure, and will never call anyone else. I will refer Shane to anyone I can. He’s the best, with a rare customer based work ethic. I highly recommend Howley Plumbing & Heating!!!"See more
