I got 4 other quotes for this project, and not only did he have the best price, but he quoted doing it right rather than an easier / lazier way. The technician explained my options clearly and gave a written estimate before starting. The work itself looked tidy, and they tested everything, checked for leaks, and cleaned up. I also appreciated that they took time to answer a few extra questions that werent strictly part of the job. Scheduling was straightforward and the office was responsive.Pricing felt on the higher side for certain items, so its worth asking for a detailed breakdown and alternatives. That said, I never felt pushed toward an unnecessary replacement. On one visit a part wasnt on the truck, which meant a second trip, but they were upfront about it and communicated the plan. AJ Pitrone Co was very reasonably priced for the amount of work done, but best of all, Anthony is a friendly, kind and professional person. I had several companies come out to give quotes and all of the other people that came out were annoyed to talk to me and basically didn’t answer my questions. Not Anthony though, he answered my questions thoroughly, and treated me with respect. The crew cleans up well after service, and you can tell that the work done is meticulous."See more

Tech was professional in providing answers to my questions and corrected the error made by the original installer. Now the hot and cold water come out of the standard sides! When making my payment I requested a physical paper copy of the receipt be sent to me because my computer is not currently working properly and I cannot open or read the standard receipt he emailed to me.
