Alex came and check my tank which was under warranty but i couldn't get ahold of the plumber who installed it. Alex was on the phone with the manufacturer for a while, tested everything, told me that if i get a plumber from the manufacturer to come, they'll do the fix for free. No plumber wanted to do the work under warranty. So i called Alex again and he did the job charging a reasonable rate per hour, got the parts, installed the gas valve, and what was the best is that he came on a Friday night because he knew he wouldn't be able to come Monday or Tuesday from the following week, so as soon as we found out the manufacturer wasn't going to help with anything other than the parts, Alex got us set up with hot water ASAP

I called Alex and sent him a video of my leaky pipe. He called me back within an hour and told me it was my tub drain leaking. I had painters at my house so I needed this fix asap. He said he could be there that day to fix it. He gave me a price which was very reasonable. As he was doing his work he came across another issue and he was able to fix that as well at a reasonable price. He was able to finish everything within a couple hours and my painters can continue finishing their work. I will be calling him to do some more plumbing work. He is a top notch and honest plumber.

Very responsive and communicative. Clearly communicated the expected cost and time the project would take. Arrived on time. Friendly, respectful, and professional throughout. The project was to flush and maintenance of gas tankless water heater. Went the extra mile to test water temperature after the flush, noticed lower temp than expected and help adjust the setting and then tested again to confirm. Recommended.
