- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price varies on the size of the job and also if the tub has been previously refinished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can do an estimate in person or over e-mail and cellphone. Most people are comfortable e-mailing or texting a photo of their tub, however, if you are not, we can schedule an in-person estimate. We are always happy to explain the process and steps taken before and after the job has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although we are a new company, we have technicians who has been in the business for over 5 years. Technicians have been trained in this field and are experts, they are knowledgeable about our professional products and the whole process of refinishing, not only tubs but also tiles, re-grouting, and countertops.
