- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is what we offer but not limited to. Our menu is customizable and we offer budget friendly packages. We offer trays sm feed about 8-15 and lg 25-45. We also offer plated trays, you pick the meats, starches,veggie, salad and dessert, around 15-25 a person. We also offer family style, where the dishes are placed on the table and guests serve themselves. We have gluten free and vegan options. We have onsite Chefs for BBQ grilling.We offer drop off service which our servers will bring all food and serving utensils, silverware and plates and napkins, racks, and heating elements, they will set up in designated areas. We offer waitstaff that will serve all guests and then pick up all plates and trash from tables( bus) during the event to ensure everything is clean. They also wrap up all left over foods and remove all trash, (not off site, in designated areas) . We will also take down the serving area and make sure it's clean and free of any trash. Servers are 175 x 5 hours plus gratuity Chef on site are 35 an hour plus gratuity Our bartenders can serve any drinks or prepare any and all alcoholic beverages. We could set up a drink station for juice and water, coffee and tea, with water. We also can make mock tails with fresh fruits and mixers. We also offer a full bar rental where we bring the whole bar, liquors, beers, wines,mixers,soda,ice cup and serve drinks either charged per person or cash,credit bar. We are licensed and insured, all staff are vaccinated and Servsafe and Tips Certified .I look forward to speaking more with you, Thank you Julie BARTENDING PACKAGES: basic is $200 for 5 hours plus *****gratuity, per bartender, supplies are beer and ice tubs, garnish trays, napkins, straws, bar tools Full Service is $25 per person, plus bartender & *******gratuity for 5 hours we supply the liquor, beer , wine, mixers,soda,garnishes, ice , cups bar rental, set up and basic package Full Service cash x 5 hour $500,plus bartender & ******gratuity, includes full service and basic supplies, clients guest pay cash , credit for drinks *******Gratuity is 30% of service bill plus $2 a per head count If you allow a tip jar the bartender(s) will count tips down at the end of the event and deduct the minimum from the final bill, the client is only responsible for the difference if any. The break down of charges are as follows:We are a completely mobile company, so the Staff fee is for the travel, gas, tolls, hourly rate and taxes, the service fee is for the insurance, licensing,invoice and contracting , the 30% is the host tip, and the perperson is the tip per guest. So basically the staff work mainly off tips.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go over their needs and wishes, we customize every package. I like to get an idea of the events themes to incorporate the colors and taste into the menu and or drinks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 2 master chefs that have been cooking for 20+ years. State of the art kitchen! We have been in the hospitality field for over 20 years!
