I was so impressed by the contact I received in response that I decided to pursue official contact with the company. I was surprised by a return call from the administrator, Kathy, after their business hours to answer my questions. She made arrangements for a technician to come out and give me an estimate the following day.

Based on these back-to-back great customer service interactions, we decided to hire Mr. Electric to do the work the following Monday.
Ben arrived on time again and got straight to work. He beat his expected time to complete the job, which was great since it required shutting off the power to our residence. The work he did was excellent - everything works exactly as it did before (except with new hardware) and it looks phenomenal.
I then received a call a couple of hours after the completion of the work from Kathy again informing me of the appointment they arranged for the City inspector to come and sign off on the work.
Altogether an excellent experience that took a great amount of stress off my shoulders at every interaction. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!"See more
