FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive pricing that is a great value for structural inspections. Verbal inspections are less expensive than if my client needs a letter or drawing at the end of the inspection so we can coordinate pricing depending on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I take my time to get to know them and their needs. My occupational goal is to equip homeowners and my clients with the knowledge they need to make good financial decisions about their home. This happens best by building relationships and trust with my clients by spending as much time with them as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working as a structural engineer for over 10 years, including work at a large engineering firm, doing mostly commercial projects. I also have a plethora of experience in the residential engineering world and have been performing structural home inspections for over 3 years. In addition, I have my Professional Engineering license in Kansas and Missouri, which allows me to stamp and seal drawings and letters.
