Our water heater in our duplex started making funny noises around 5 pm. By 5:45 I was on Thumbtack, and by 6 pm Alex from SAV Services had contacted me and said he could be here by 6:30. He was on time and ready to work. Our ancient water heater was dead - I knew it before he got here. We decided to replace both water heaters in the duplex, and Alex gave us a reasonable quote and went out then to get the 2 water heaters. He was back and at work and by 10 pm we had hot water again and 2 working new water heaters installed and up to code finally. Thank you Alex! Fantastic job!!

We had a leak from our overflow pipe that was gushing water onto the porch. We figured out the issue was coming from our water heater. We had 3 different contractors take a look, 2 of which said the water heater needed to be completely replaced with quotes in the several thousand dollars. However, Aaron’s plumbing did a much more detailed inspection and provided an alternate route. They believed the issue could be fixed by replacing the valve for the hot water…and they were right! We ended up saving thousands of dollars on an unnecessary repair. The team communicated throughout the process, was on time, and kept us up to date on the repair. We would definitely recommend Aaron’s plumbing and use them again and again.

Professional and good value. They initially quoted me for replacing the water heater and tried to up sell (that is what I thought!) instead of replacing the thermocouple. The quote was little more expensive. But eventually they replaced thermocouple and it worked. It could be that I may have to actually replace the heater, but for now it works. Bay plumbing gave me a one-year warranty and gave me a good quote at the end. Very satisfied!

Aaron is truly a master plumber who has an incredibly thorough knowledge of his craft, the latest trends and technology especially as he helped guide me through an exterior tankless water heater install with a recirculating pump.
He picked up my call super late when there was some running water on a fixture that was not tightened properly by GC and I was glad I am doing my finish work on this remodel with Aaron and his team.
He powered through this and he might not have known that I really needed a good result here as we close out this remodel - he got us nearly instantaneous super hot water and went above and beyond and for that I am very grateful.
We have some other smaller plumbing projects that I am looking forward to finishing with him - you quickly get the feeling that Aaron is able to take your plumbing woes away and there is a tremendous value proposition that he brings. I appreciate that he is unflappable and is not as excitable as myself and that actually put me at ease from the outset.
