- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Consultation Fee During Business Hours is $89 We offer Military, Police, Fire, EMS, & Senior Discounts at 15% Our Total Home Care Club Discount is 15%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact with our client we take down their basic information as well as get information about the issue. From there they are added to our scheduling software and scheduled with the service expert that is best suited to serve them and their issue. Once our Service Expert is on the way they will be notified via text message and a follow up phone call from the Service Expert. Our Service Experts arrive in uniform and with shoe covers for their shoes to protect your floors and also floor protection mats for their tools and when they first enter your home. After careful consultation and evaluation of systems we will present the issues with possible options for you to review and to select. From there we will perform the requested work and follow up with you throughout the process and keep you updated. After work is completed we will clean up any mess which we back up with our Clean Home Guarantee!!!

EPA Certification, Bosch Geothermal Certification, Bosch ABC Certification, GasTight Certification, NATE Certification, IGSHPA Accredited Installer Certification, State License.
