Becky S. says, "I called Nick and Russ on a Friday afternoon about water in my basement under the furnace. I thought there was something wrong with the furnace. Nick and Russ came after their last appointment and worked from 5-9. They immediately recognized the problem was NOT the furnace, but a broken sump pump on the other side of the basement. (Where there was no water coming up) I peppered them with questions about the pipes, where they went, and how the sump pump empties into the main drain of the house. They patiently answered everything in laymen’s terms so I could understand it. Some companies would have left then, but they went out late at night bought a sump pump. And came back and installed it the same night. They also squeegeed the wet carpet and brought fans in to help it dry. I am so relieved they solved that stressful situation, even though it was 9:00 and they still had an hour to drive home. They were such ethical hardworking men. If I could give more than 5 stars I would."See more

Shane was prompt and very professional. He gave me a great price so we set up a time that would best work for me. Shane removed all of the old flooring, jacked up the garage and leveled everything out to get ready to pour. Shane did an amazing job on every step of the process, I haven't seen many people work as hard as him and still pay attention to detail. The quality of his work is second to none and I've referred him constantly to anyone that needs any type of concrete work done. If you need any concrete work done dont hesitant this is your company and your guy!!"See more

Fast response from the outset, I placed a project request on Angi as well as a few other businesses, but received no response-Double B was very fast to reply to my project, do a site visit for my lawn grading request & complete the job all within a week of posting my project; communication was great as they let me know what to do every step of the way & even contacted the utility company to spray for utility lines before completing the job; i was prepared to do this myself with just a shovel & my own back, but I am glad Double B was able to do it much easier- I would def choose them again, if I had another excavating or grading job to complete
