They were to install a kitchen faucet for us and check for other possible leaks today between 11-12. I never heard from them after calling them twice and texting three times. It is now almost 2pm. I will be hiring another company.

We gave you a FREE estimate on Feb 23 2025. You never responded until about a week ago. Still have yet to receive approval for the estimate. I was supposed to give you another FREE estimate but with having such a busy schedule I can only do so much. No work has ever been approved by you and your schedule was very tight. I'm sorry you feel that way. Our company does not deserve a 1 star review.
