Within a couple of hours, there was a technician onsite diagnosing the problem. They notified me of the issue and told me they could resolve the problem that moment. Their pricing was very fair and I accepted. The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. I didn’t feel any “sales pitch” from him at all. I felt that he sincerely wanted to help resolve my issue. After it was all fixed, I called and spoke with their service manager. He thanked me for calling and gave me his direct number. They definitely seem to have an amazing culture! I would give them 5 out of 5 stars and would highly recommend them!!!"See more

Jerry was awesome and I also would have chosen work quality and responsiveness. I was not disappointed with Jerry at all. I felt that he was quick in getting the job done and he did not overcharge me. I already knew the capacitor was going to need replacing but I said nothing about it because I wanted to see if he would find the issue himself. I had AC water leak getting inside the house and called FUSE HVAC. The technician came in same day and fixed the problem. The drain pump was not working and had to get new pump. He also put new drain pipes. I will call them in future for AC problems.
