Phill did a thorough job evaluating the problem with our washing machine. Although the cost of repair was prohibited for us ( it was more advantageous for us to buy a new washer due to cost of repairs), Phill advised us that fixing our machine would not be in our best interest. His expertise convinced us to take an alternate route and replace our washing machine. We appreciated his candor and honesty in his assessment of our washer problem.
