What can I say! Be it returning my call or showing up at my house on time.... extremely professional standards.
I have dual water heaters out of which one was leaking...Prior to Mermaid engineering, two other plumbing professionals showed up...did not solve the issue...charged me a little over $100 and advised me to buy a new one. I had to spend $680 on a new appliance...but Paul changed the connections, got rid of the leaking water heater, used my second heater and saved me $680!
The work was so neatly done. I now have Paul's name on my contacts.
I highly recommend mermaid engineering for similar services. It is not because Paul saved me a lot of money, but because he is honest with his opinions and has expert solutions at a very reasonable cost.
