I hired Ahmad to install a new toilet. He went above and beyond. He was able to come the same day (even though I wasn't looking for that) and offered to go to Home Depot to pick up the new fixture. During the installation he discovered that I needed a new flange and went out to get it. The work was done well, the cleaned up perfectly and took away my old toilet. Excellent work! You'll be well served by hiring him!

Everardo replied more or less immediately when I put out a message through Thumbtack to have someone come and install a new toilet. The problems I was dealing with: the toilet was clogging too frequently despite my use of "the snake" to clear things up and water was sometimes seeping out from under the base of the toilet. Initially I thought maybe I needed a new toilet, but Everardo found that all I needed was a new wax ring (the other one had come apart in places and gotten stuck in the waste pipe--hence the occasional clogging of the toilet and seepage of water). Everardo got the work done in under an hour and said he guarantees his work so that if for some reason the problem persists, I can just call him back.

Lynden was FANTASTIC. Best plumber we have had! Prior to him, we have dealt with plumbers in a hurry to leave after “fixing” our toilet which still left us with a broken toilet and wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount if we decided to replace it. With Lynden, everything was a breeze! He responded to my messages promptly and showed up on time! He was professional in that he took his time explaining why our toilet needed to be replaced, how long it will take him, and sanitized the area! Not only did he install our toilet quickly, he also took the time to make sure it was working correctly. On the same day after replacing our 1st toilet, we were so impressed by his work that we decided to replace our 2nd toilet. He did not hesitate going to Home Depot for us to pick up the toilet! After installing the 2nd toilet , he was happy to take a look at any of our other plumbing issues like leaky faucets and gave us his honest opinion on how to fix them! I have never encountered such a patient and caring plumber. He clearly loves his job and cares about the quality of his work. Best of all, his costs are super reasonable. So if you’ve had bad experiences with plumbers or are anxious about finding the right guy, THIS IS YOUR GUY. He even followed up with us a day later to see how our toilets were working! So AWESOME! I definitely will not hesitate to use him again!!!

Matt did a fantastic job on my toilet installation. Not only that, but when he discovered that I had selected the wrong toilet for my drain, he helped me find one that would work and went and picked it up. I was blown away! Not just an excellent plumber, but willing to work with me to help problem solve and get the right thing. Outstanding, start to finish! Red and Danny installed 4 toilet repair kits along with new supply lines. Realizing one of the shut-off valves was faulty, Red secured a new valve, installed it, completed the re-fit and din't even charge me anything additional to the original quote, which was by far the most cost-effective I had received.
